SSH & javacvs

I was thinking what is the status of incorporating ssh with javacvs.
Ant 1.6.1 has started to use JSCH ssh library (that has BSD lisence).
On the other hand it seems that J2SSH has adopted LGPL/Apache dual lisence
(whatever that means).
I could consider writing a version that uses JSCH if that would speed the
incorporation.
What do you think?
