Request for Java CVS Client download page update

The download page currently has a very old build of the client jar and is 
lacking a download for the javadoc. The lack of the javadoc caused me to 
spend a lot of extra time figuring out how to download the source so I could 
build the javadoc myself. Several newsgroup threads I encountered in 
searching for the javadoc showed a number of other folks similarly 
struggling to figure out how to use the client.

So, it sure would be great and a time saver for other future users of the 
client if someone could update the download page with a new build of the jar 
and its associated javadoc.
