MDR build problem.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to build MDR using
the 3.4.1 release build.  It complains about not able
to find nbbuild.Unscramble.  I downloaded both the
release and nbextra tar files and compiled them. 
Then, I cvs the mdr module and tried to build it. 
Could someone tell me how I can build this thing
successfully?  Thanks.
