XMI import

Hi,

I tried to import an XMI file into the MDR explorer but it didn't work. I
got several error messages. The one I got mostly often is the following:

javax.jmi.xmi.MalformedXMIException:
org.netbeans.lib.jmi.util.DebugException: Namespace cannot be resolved: UML

I tried to import different files using different XMI version settings. Not
one single file could be successfully imported. 

What am I doing wrong? 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
