Hi Olivier,
what kind of integration your service does?
We are interested in any useful contribution. But if the contribution is 
bigger, we expect that the contributor will keep maintaining it.
If you want to contribute, you need to sign JCA - otherwise we are not 
able to accept your contribution (see 
http://www.netbeans.org/about/legal/jca.html).
