Hi Muhammad,
to make sure the URL you enter is really set to the serverURL property,
you have to press Enter in the property sheet.
Regarding your question about deleting the update centers, the default
state can be restored if you delete your netbeans userdir. If you are
running windows, it should be located in c:/Documents and
Settings/{yourusername}/.netbeans/3.6, on linux it is under ~/.netbeans/3.6
