isQuery

Hello MDR,

First of all, I want to be part of those numerous people that have 
congratulated you for developing this tool...
However, as the majority (I guess), I contact you because I have a 
problem, not just to congratulate you (sorry). I think I found a bug in 
the bootstrap MOF of MDR: all operation do appear as not "isQuery" while 
none of them is able to change a metamodel... I saw that this problem 
also appears in the xmi at the OMG. However, the property is "correctly" 
(to me) set both in the PDF and the Rose specification, also at the OMG...
