I have no idea what could be wrong. Could you try to register and login 
using a NetBeans account?
Anyway, you can browse sources of NetBeans including the uml2mof model 
on the web. To browse sources of MDR just go to 
http://www.netbeans.org/source/browse/mdr/.
UML2MOF is under extras/uml2mof.
