Ok, if I understand correctly, this implies that, even when using the memory implementation, Objects can't be serialized in slots. However, I can't seem to produce this behaviour in my code: using the memory implementation, endTrans(false) seems to always succeed, whereas the exact same code with btree implementation would end up with a rolled back repository...

So either I'm misunderstanding this, or seralization into byte arrays does work for objects, but serialization to disk does not?

Thanks,

Hans
