Hi Martin,

I just try to access the MDR belongingb to the NetBeans IDE from an
application that I run from the NetBeans IDE. Is the source code
correct ? I was suprised that there appeared not all the names of the
extents that I created in the mdr of the Netbeans IDE and that I can see in
the MDR Browser . Because there only appeared the name "MOF" I supposed that
I don`t access the MDR of the NetBeans IDE, rather an other NBMDR that is on
my harddisk. Is the following source code, to access the MDR belonging to
the NetBeans IDE,correct ?

Regards, Ludger

Remember you can't use MDR storage files by two applications running at
once. MDR b-tree is a single-client database. Accessing it from multiple
applications simultaneously will cause problems. Also there is a
possibility that your standalone MDR version is different from the
version you are using in NetBeans.
