Hi Vikas, MDR is an implementation of JMI. However, the project seems to be no longer maintained. I'd suggest looking at the (also Java-based) EMF framework (www.eclipse.org/emf) for a better alternative that is supported by a vibrant community. Cheers, Dimitrios NB. Although it may at first appear that EMF is bound to Eclipse, the EMF jars can be also used in plain standalone Java applications.
