Re: High DPI - Win 10

Another update: I realized for the short term I could do without the
manifest and could instead use the prism.allowhdpi=false flag. I now
have:

-J-Dswing.java2d.dpiaware=false -J-Dprism.allowhidpi=false

in my app.conf file and it serves the same purpose as using a
manifest, but does not require any user registry editing.

This solves the problem for the short term for me well enough.  For
the long term, I think I need to research further what's going on with
Swing and JEP 263, so will hold off on any work planning around DPI
for the time being.
