High-Level view (not tutorial) of creating plugins for the NetBeans IDE

Hi, This is the list marked as 'Recommended for: Anyone creating plugins for
the NetBeans IDE,.'.

I have some ideas I want to build, but I'm lacking a real good high level
view .

 

Don't get me wrong there are tutorials for beginners , thanks ,

But what I want is really high-level : in terms of UML diagram,
architecture, patterns and antipatterns

 

Maybe my demand is far too much 'scholar' ? 

But I think i twill be quite helpful to every newcomer.

 

This in addition to the tutorials will help everyone to get much more
understanding and control on what we can do and what we shouldn't be doing
at all.

 

Please, if anyone can give me a hand : is there such explanations somewhere
that I've missed. (I did googled a lot , but found nothing -except simple
HelloWolrd-like tutorials)

Can one of you contribute ?

Or can you point me to the right direction I could try to contribute
something myself ,
