Plugin dialog showing modules I don't want user to see.

I just updated my build environment form NB 8.0.2 to NB 8.1 Not when I bring up the dialog using the Tools->Plugins menu selection, on the 'installed' tab I have modules there that I don't want a user to see. 

I have attached an image. How do I keep these from showing up in the UI?
