Error trying to create new NetBeans module

Hi, 

I am getting an error trying to go to "New Project -> NetBeans Modules -> Module" and create a new module in my NetBeans 8.1 installation: 

INFO [org.netbeans.modules.autoupdate.updateprovider.AutoupdateCatalogParser]: Unpaired license 00000006 without any module. 
WARNING [org.netbeans.modules.ide.ergonomics.fod.ModulesActivator]: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Not all requested modules can be enabled: [StandardModule:org.netbeans.modules.apisupport.kit jarFile: /usr/local/netbeans-8.1/apisupport/modules/org-netbeans-modules-apisupport-kit.jar] 

I am using Kubuntu OS (15.10) if it matters. 

How to solve it?
