Is Output Window supporting Hyperlinks to C/C++ source location

Because I wasn't able to add a new FAQ Item (edit page tab was not
visible), I ask per mail for:
Is it possible that output window shows C/C++ source locations as
hyperlink, like for Java project ( ... [at ... (...)] .
