Why do I get java/config, docs, modules, update_tracking for JUnit in my application zip?

Hi,

Whenever I build my maven based Netbeans Platform app, I get a java directory with a whole load of junit jars and configs in there which is surely not required...

Please see screen shot attachment.

Can anyone suggest why these are there and how to get rid of it?
