Netbeans nexus maven repository is unavailable (21-04-2016)

I'm trying to create a new netbeans platform maven application but the nexus maven repository for the modules is unavailable

when I try to access the link: 
http://bits.netbeans.org/nexus/content/groups/netbeans

it shows this error:
