Hello all,

The NetBeans Plugin Portal (plugins.netbeans.org) went down on Friday. 
On Monday morning (CEST), the problem was identified and fixed.

We recognize that downtimes such as these are extremely inconvenient for 
users of NetBeans IDE and apologize sincerely that this happened.
