Installation of Andoid Plugin does not work...

Hallo,

installation of the Plugins Anroid and Android Gradle support is failed for me 
in Netbeans ide 8.1. I got a strange error message (attached).

Proxy and availability of the server seems not to be the problem. The error 
message tells me also that an out of date chace cauld be the problem. 

What does this mean?

I have also udated the Netbeans ide.

Any ideas?
