Window Layout Manager error

Jumping on this thread because I'm experiencing the same problem. After selecting a module within my projects, I select the ModuleDevelopment -> Layout of Windows wizard. My application starts and goes through all of its initializations, including background database reads, initializing the JMS system, and doing a ModuleInstall (a login screen). Since this is a port of a JavaFX application to the NBP, there are about 5 modules that are composed almost entirely of JavaFX code.
The Window layout manager comes up and I define one new mode that I'm trying to create. After naming the mode, I exit the application, and the dialog present me with the message that no window layouts are found.
Since the solution for the original poster was to install the newest version of NB doesn't apply to me, I was hoping someone else could point me toward finding a solution for this problem.
Thanks.
