[nbdt] Quorum 4.0 and Sodbeans 6.0 Released

All,

The team out here at UNLV is pleased to announce the official release of
Quorum 4.0 and Sodbeans 6.0. This particular release took about a year to
complete. Here are the highlights:

1. Multimedia 3D Games support is now available
2. iPhone support for Quorum is now built in
3. Significantly improved in-editor support (In NetBeans of course),
including accessibility enhancements

Over the next few weeks, we will be finishing our editing and prepping for
annual conference (EPIQ 2016) and beyond. As always, special thanks to the
NetBeans crew, as it's inevitable we ask/get help from all the great folks
