Hi, I have found: https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=257344 --> gtk native library https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=251106 --> keyring These points my to possibly problems with the gtk native libs and the keyring API. But I am not very convinced that this direction helps. Any ideas? best regards Oliver > Hi, > > I have a few additional insights: > > also the current version of Netbeans IDE freezes if I start it as a domain > users instead of a local user. > > Starting of my own platform apps works as domain users if I use JDK 7 > instead of the current version of JDK 8. > > So it is clear that the problem depends on the JDK version.
