Can't file bugs

I spent Saturday battling the Commit dialog TaskRepository bug
auto-update thing.
In the process I got locked out 3 (or more?) times (And it's not 5
minutes like it says :-)
I then decided to file a bug against that dialog with a travelogue and some
concrete suggestions but bugzilla showed me a page with this:
The entered text was classified as SPAM or your account was added
to a list of blacklisted users due to your malicious activity in
the past. If you believe this happened in error, let us please know
explaining what you try to achieve. Thanks for your understanding.
Oddly enough this happened while I was logged in. I guess all the previous
lockouts counted as "malicious activity".
There's a link embedded in there that's this email address:

so I sent a request to reopen my account.
It's now Monday eve and I haven't heard anything.
I can log in so perhaps it's something specific to bugzilla
that needs resetting?
Will my push privileges need some sort of similar attention?
