Localized Windows installer

Hello all. I am developing a NetBeans RCP Application using NetBeans 7.4 with Community Localizations. I need to produce a localized executable installer, but by right clicking on my project in NetBeans and selecting Package As --> Installers, I only get English, non-multi language installers. What can I do?
