platform.properties --> disabled.modules !! why not enabled.modules ??

Perhaps i did lose some point, but why in the platform.properties file there is list of non included modules instead of an "included modules" or "used modules" list ? 

It is a matter because when you upgrade your projects to a new NB version contemplating new modules,  automatically these new modules (just included in NB) become included in your project.

Congrats about Apache and the great 8.2 version !
