Hi,
the URL http://bits.netbeans.org/nexus/content/repositories/release82/ hasn’t been officially released and was used for testing purposes and btw it contained wrong artifacts a few days ago. Now the repo is not available anymore.
The NB 8.2 artifacts has been released and they are available via http://bits.netbeans.org/nexus/content/groups/netbeans/
