ProxySelector2 ready for NB 8.2

ProxySelector2 - an alternative proxy selector for NetBeans IDE and
NetBeans Platform  applications - has now been updated to NB 8.2.  It is
available from the Plugin portal as well as a standalone project at
https://bitbucket.org/phansson/netbeansproxy2 which can be included in
platform apps.

The goal of the project continues to be to make NetBeans (IDE or Platform)
as good with corporate network proxies as users have gotten used to from
the major browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc. It fixes bugs and adds
features that make it possible for the application to detect and traverse
the typical corporate network proxy.

The project was forked from NB 8.0 code but changes to official NetBeans
code base have been forward ported up to and including NB 8.2. (believe me,
this is *not* a lot!)

Project has a sister, NetBeansNetworkAuthenticator (https://bitbucket.org/
phansson/netbeansnetworkauthenticator), which provides an alternative
Authenticator. This project has also been updated to NB 8.2.

Sidetrack: Looking forward to have this one day accepted back into NetBeans.
