Hi Geertjan, this sounds like a great idea.

Additionally, it may be interesting to know the geographic spread of
NBP-skilled developers, in our case we have a need for another
developer, but I don't even know about other NetBeans Platform users in
Australia. If there was a way to know which other locals there were, it
may even foster the opportunity for more community-based meetings and/or
joint training in future. I'm sure the same applies to other corners of
the world.
