Netbeans serial communication with arduino

hello everybody this is my first time in netbeans forum

i have some serious doubt about arduino serial communication with netbeans
plateform, here i m using the RXTX comm driver to communicate with arduino

so my problem is i can't communicate with arduino, i try many things but its not working so anybody knows how to give file path in netbeans to RXTX comm driver???

please do suggest anything like book, webside, video,
i try googling many things even in arduino forum too, they couldn't help me out, so i m here for begging ur all help
