UpdateCenter FileNotFound after switching to a new Webhosting - any ideas ?

Hi, good idea with wget.  I used wget64 and was successfully able to download any of my nbm files from my webserver location. 

Today the UpdateCenter is working correctly [after I sent numerous e-mails to the webhosting company] - they had a filter on which did prevent files with the extension *.nbm do stream.

Anyhow I appreciate the time you used to try to help me.
