8.2 Issue

Hi,

i got a strange error in my main Module:

Private classes referenced in module: [javax.annotation.Nonnull]
Project depends on packages not accessible at runtime in module 
org.netbeans.api:org-netbeans-api-annotations-common:jar:RELEASE82

But it is in my main POM as a direct dependency:

   [...]
   <dependencies>
     [...]
     <dependency>
       <groupId>org.netbeans.api</groupId>
       <artifactId>org-netbeans-api-annotations-common</artifactId>
       <version>RELEASE82</version>
     </dependency>
   </dependencies>
   [...]

How can i solve this? Normally it helps to declare as direct dependency.
