Hock the output window

Hi All, except in my 27” iMac, whatever I put the output window to right hand side or bottom, my eye still not comfortable because the space of editor getting small. I want to develop a plugin that transfer the output window to iPhone/android/ipad. First thing I need to do is : hock the output window, but my google is broker. Can anyone point me out?
