Can't load the OSGi bundle for NetBeans NetBeans Platform using maven in Netbeans 8.2

I'm investigating on NetBeans RCP using maven. And I want add a OSGi bundle into the Netbeans RCP and run this.But it seems that the bundle can't be loaded. I can't know why. My OSGi bundle is the default bundle project with Maven in NetBeans 8.2, and there is a Activator class which prints some info.

In the Netbeans RCP project with maven, I add this bundle by adding dependency in app project.
When I run this main application, the bundle can't be load and print some info. Who can help me?
