Build a complex property editor like the IDE

I read some articles about how to create customized property editor, but I'd like to reuse some of the component that already are integrated with the IDE. For example like the border editor in the java module (attached). So, can any one help me to find where this kind of editor was build in the IDE source code, or some module that use it for find an example.
