java ui spec change log

lots of little changes:

-fixed the add resource problem. bugs 32662 32677

-clarification for fig 23.

-fig 29 was modified -the combo box selects one of the libraries from 
library repository. the other ui that was there in earlier versions 
wasn't compatible with the library repository.

-fig 30. added text to better explain the behavior of the fields.

-fig 32. fixed -removed check-boxes. now user selects one b.t. from the 
tree.

-clarification to step 2 of the resource wizard.

-fig 34 has description text to clarify the resource roles.

-major fix to the classpath section of the doc. should have caught all 
the inconsistencies.

-fig 50 had a copy/paste error -fixed.

i think that's it.
