Recursive libraries ? (Was: Re: [projects-dev] UI for setting up runtime classpath)

I do not understand the term "recursive libraries". What is it ? I did 
not talk about librares "nested" inside other libraries, but rather 
libraries "referenced" from other libraries - what's recursive there ? 
See JBuilder's GUI - there's a tab for "required libraries" in library 
definition. This is exactly what I asked for.
