i think some of this will be moot if we go the route of one profile type 
(by which i mean exec/debug). we'll still need to badge the 
public/private aspect but that should be straight forward to 
communicate.  but to answer Ann's question, i think the ui that shows 
the user the profile's settings is the Profile Editor...
