[NB4DEV] An experiment: Project explorer

Hello, group,

as I promised offline earlier this week, I have some initial prototype
ready. Below you can find some screenshots. I restructured the project
view, cut some levels into a separate dialog and presented another level
as tabs.
I also tried to disambiguate the "Build/Rebuild Active Project" action -
    the screenshot shows what is displayed when there is > 1 project opened.

You can find the source code in "nb4dev" branch (the module is
projects/ide2), the downloadable module is at
     <http://lit.fsid.cvut.cz/~svata/nb4dev/modules/projects-ide2.nbm>
Install via Update Center in Projectized Netbeans.

Known issues:
* when you switch to some project for the first time, the action tooks
ages. I know about it and have some ideas how to improve the responsiveness.

* Customize Project works only when a node is selected in the Project
Explorer. Cause already identified.
