How exactly your actions behave? Do they always work with the project 
visible in the explorer? Is is allowed to edit files from multiple 
projects at the same time? If yes, how project-wide actions work when 
you try to invoke them from edited source file?

Another question is about tabs in the explorer. Is is allowed for 
natures to add their own tabs and present another view on the project's 
content?
