Incompatible API change

Hi All,

I am going to move ProjectMemberVisualDescriptor to projects/core 
module; org.netbeans.api.projects package. This class is needed by 
modules which do not depend on projects/ide (e.g. the 
projects/compilation module) and they want to access display name of 
ProjectMembers on ProjectFilesystem. I will update all modules in 
projects build. See details in:
