Modules added to projects build

Hi All,

I've added the libs module to projects build (including the 
libs/j2eeeditor module); the whole module is taken from main trunk. 
Please update your local copies and rebuild IDE. Projects build 
instructions has been updated as well as the automated build script. You 
can find it on usual place 
http://projects.netbeans.org/proposals/prototype/index.html.
