It's a large editor, and should only belong in the editor area, not shoehorned into a modal window (actually don't know what a modal window is, if it isn't a dialog.. would be very hard to figure out what one needs to do to make it go away..) So, back to the original question: what are the reasons for the profile editor dialog to be modal?
