Note that "open" is not the correct word. All projects in the combo are 
_open_, but only one of them is _visible_.

It may be a way harder to scroll through the tree to a precise location 
to find out the other webapp's part project than to just pull down the 
combo and select the other part's item -- and have the project view 
layout switched.
