If you would have clear logical and physical view over your sources, you don't have a reason why to do this and it is a question if it should be even permited. Also in the current implementation mounting the source twice is not the preferred way how to do things at least from my point of view. You may need to add the parent folder of your java sources, to see e.g. manifest and build.xml, but in this case the java source roots are detected and added under the packages node, you don't need to add them yourself. I don't see any reasonable usage of mounting something twice, but maybe I overlooked something.
