BTW I would like to note that recommendation for "Project Customizer" in 
the document "The model for the Projects Customizer is the same as the 
Options redesign work." was presented on this mailing list in January, 
as part of NetBeans for Developers with relevant analysis done.

I hereby request credit for analysing and contributing the overall 
design, which now seems to be recommended remedy for some usability 
issues. The "usability recommendations" document does not contain 
information that the recommended design was not contributed by 
recommendation authors.
