HEADS UP: Transition to new Looks API done

Hi all,

I have rewrote all modules on projects branch to use new (latest) Looks 
API from openide/looks module. I've also update the build instructions 
and automated build script to pick the correct version of Looks API. 
Please, update your sources. Hopefully this is the last version of Looks 
API we had to adapt on ;-).
