CD.getVisualObject will dissapear

Hi,

I would like to integrate another incompatible change - remove the 
CD.getVisualObject method. See the issue 
http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=34191 for details and the 
upgrade guide. I'll update all modules which are part of projects build.
