Re: Projects UI Specifications have been updated

Hi All,

according to the hallway discussions with Jano I've updated the uispecs 
(infra + java) and marked sections which we consider "stable". This mark 
only means that those sections were updated according to the results of 
usability study conducted in Prague 
(http://ui.netbeans.org/usability/April_21_03/JavaProjectReport.html). 
It should help others to concentrate on the updated sections and do not 
bother too much with sections which will change anyway. However, it 
definitely doesn't mean that stable sections can't change later in the 
future as a result of public discussion and your feedback.
