Projects portability - file references

Hi,

I tried to describe what is the problem with making project shareable 
among several machines and what are possible approaches to solve this 
problem. The document is on

Please, read it and give us some feedback. I would like to be sure that 
we haven't missed some approach and that the conclusion made at the end 
of document is correct.
